(More customer reviews)With two young boys, a foldaway work out station provides much more safety and peace of mind.This bench can be fold flat (8") and stow away under our bed once we're done within a minute.
It's well built, with solid metal frame, supporting pieces are firmly welded.Seat, back are nicely padded, adjustable tabs are easy to slide in and out - only negative is that the adjustable back maybe a few inches too short as half of my head (I'm 5'10") sticks out when I do bench/incline.
Functionally, I used it to do bench press, multiple inclined position press, sit up with leg lock.
Overall, it's a very nice work out bench for the price, it allows me to do all the exercise I intended with this bench when making the purchase.
