(More customer reviews)This set is solidly built, and it has a quality feel.Rubber washers are provided for the collar and the bar (one on each side of the weight stack) so the weights stay relatively tight once you screw the collars on (unlike some other screw-on collar sets out there). The knurling on the bar is about right, not too rough, but provides a good grip. (I've used some bars in the past that are cheaply machined and really chew up your hands - not a problem with this set)I also use the 1" plates from this set on my Curl and Super Curl Bars - not much too report there, they work!Overall I am please with the quality and appearance of this set and would recommend it.
