(More customer reviews)This bench is a steal.Everything about the bench is high quality compared to other workout equipment in this price range.It took me about 20 minutes to put it together; it comes in 5 large pieces and the body itself is extremely well-put-together.

Flat, 2 incline, and military positions are available (no decline, but that is OK with me).The back adjusts with gym-like pull-and-glide pegs and can be locked in place with a hand-screw, as well.I would not hesitate to lift very heavy weights on this bench.

I purchased this to use in conjunction with a squat rack I already had so I could do bench presses in it without buying a bench with crutches.It is perfect for this use, or as a standalone dumbbell bench.

The seller "Fitness Destination" was also great, providing fast and free shipping on a 67lb product!
