(More customer reviews)Overall a good bench...It is sturdy and has ample room for an adult to do any range of exercise on it. The welds and the frame are excellent and ease of assembly is good. The only thing that I wish that it had was the ability to secure your feet for sit-ups. Overall a solid 4 star rating for this bench.
