(More customer reviews)This really does act as a combination Roman Chair-Sit-Up Bench.It will give your abs a good workout and you have control over how much intensity you want to do and still keep good form.It's also half the size of my old incline bench, which I used to "misuse" to make it like a Roman Chair, so it fits in my new apartment easily.Regarding the instructions: the drawing on the cover of the instruction booklet makes you think that the leg holders are attached "inside" the frame, but if you look carefully at the drawing of how to put it together, and even double-check by looking at the photo of the bench on the Internet, it goes on the "outside."
