(More customer reviews)Full disclosure: bought this used for a steal.We've had a 215 lb man benching 405 on this with no problems.The uprights aren't as tall in the catch portion as they could be.It's definately "cheaper" in its feel than a proper commercial bench with light weight tubing, small pins for height adjustment, and screw knobs to secure the uprights once adjusted.Then again, it's about 1/3-1/4 the price of one.If you want something that feels commercial quality then this comes up short but it definately performs.Buy it for your basement or crossfit affiliate and you won't be disappointed.It is of course ONLY for flat bench.
