Preacher Curl Attachment with bar holder fits the Ironmaster machine benches or the Super Bench. Change the angle of the pad by using the selector pin and/or adjusting the bench. It will handle a cable curl bar or free bar. Also works great with dumbells. Either way, this will help to isolate and blast the biceps! Shown installed in Ironmaster Super Bench (sold separately)
